I had so much fun setting up for little beauty Camila’s 1st birthday cake smash session! Her upcoming birthday party will be a Tangled theme, so I wanted to incorporate some beautiful gold and lavender colors by making a balloon garland. Her momma wanted some family and parent shots, so we started off with some family photos, then got some sweet shots of little Camila showing off her pretty dress. She wasn’t very sure about her cake or the strange lady pointing a camera at her 🙂 but I hope she will have a blast celebrating her big day next week! I love personalizing each baby’s session according to their own personality and whatever parents would like to highlight their little one. First birthday sessions can include a cake (also known as a smash cake session or cake smash session) plus baby bath shots at the end (I have a few baby-sized tubs that are absolutely adorable), making these sweet sessions extra fun!
